Watch this if you liked: “Alvin and the Chipmunks” series

The Good, the Bad and the Troublemaking Rodents:

• The film delivers exactly what is to be expected of it - silly and fun comedy that makes no sense at all, aiming to bring joy and laughter to the audience.

• A great Christmas movie for parents to watch with their young kids.

• Though the film might not be very enjoyable to adults due to the corny jokes and cliched plot, do bear in mind that the film is aimed towards younger audiences and is meant to be a harmless and fun holiday movie.

• Some of the humour seems a bit unnecessary which wouldn't even affect the plot if omitted.

• Like all of the other "Alvin and the Chipmunks" films, the movie has a number of adorable songs that would be enjoyable for the kids.

Trivia:

• In this instalment, Kaley Cuoco replaces Amy Poehler as the voice of Eleanor.
