The Good, The Bad and The Fiery End:
It's the end of the saga for "The Hunger Games" franchise that have led fans of the dystopian young adult novel adaptation on a exhilarating rebellion that finally provides a much needed closure for Katniss, Peeta, Gale and the fate of Panem.
Obviously, the main draw of the movie is Jennifer Lawrence's strong female character, Katniss Everdeen, who has become the face and worthy symbol of the Mockingjay rebellion. Never has her acting been so on point and diverse when it comes to portraying a wide spectrum of emotions, which Katniss very much has to go through here especially with the various trials and tribulations that have been set before her in this closing chapter.
Outshining her male co-stars, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson and even Woody Harrelson, Lawrence is joined by more strong female characters in the form of Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Jena Malone and Natalie Dormer without making the movie feel as if its only skewed towards the female audience, as the male audience will find all the action scenes in the movie really on point.
Speaking of the action scenes, audiences will now see Panem in full-blown war, with effects that will get the adrenaline going and leave one in awe as it all boils down to the final showdown between the rebellion and the evil President Snow (Donald Sutherland).
Judging from the first movie which had a very simple yet structured story, this final one has shown how much the series has grown into something so beautifully poignant, complex, and colossally serious against the powers that be.
