A young doctor named Lily wakes up from a car accident with no recollection of her current life. She finds out that she is married to her boyfriend's rival Dr. Mitch Kayne, a mother to a five-year-old son and has an established life she remembers nothing about. While everyone around her including her parents deny the existence of her boyfriend Neil, Lily begins to doubt her own sanity when memories of Neil start to resurface one by one, causing a series of unexplainable and haunting incidents. As she desperately tries to search for the truth of her past life, she comes to question her entire existence.
